Lauren oversees all operational aspects of Lovell Arena and student development aspects of Lovell Academy. Lauren Monahan oversaw all Sales, Marketing, Communications and Legal matters for UPPAbaby, a $150+ million company she co-founded with her husband in 2006. Prior to UPPAbaby, Lauren worked in Brand Marketing and Product Licensing at Reebok International. Before Reebok, Lauren organized sporting events for the NHL and the FIFA Women’s World Cup. A graduate of St. Paul’s School and Yale University, Lauren played varsity hockey player in both prep school and college, leading Yale in scoring for 3 out of her 4 years. Lauren’s daughter, Makena, skates with Lovell Hockey’s CPC program and is a senior and the captain of the Girls Varsity Ice Hockey team at Milton Academy. Her son, Denny, has participated in Lovell summer development programming and played for Coach Poulin’s Boston Advantage Elite teams for the past 8 years. He is currently a junior defenseman on Lovell Academy’s boys’ U16 team.
