Executive Chef Orlando has spent the better half of his career in major hotels in the Boston area. He creates menus with traditional and International flare, and is excited to create plates for every palate. He has worked as Executive Chef in major convention hotels, resorts, and corporate properties. Orlando was most recently the Executive Chef for Boston University.
