Rob spent 3 years working as an assistant Facility Manager under extremely seasoned management staff with over fifty years combined hockey arena experience. He has been a longtime Lovell Hockey staff member since 2009, when he was hired as a skills instructor and the primary coach of the Boston Advantage U14 boys team. In 2013, Rob took over as the Director of Hockey Operations for the Middlesex Icemen program out of East Boston. Rob was promoted in 2016 to Lead Instructor for Lovell’s Hockey Schools. He also worked with the Mite Development program every year, ran skills for the Boston Advantage girls program for 3 years, and coached both the U14 Girls Full Season and U16 Girls Split Season teams.
